CII Bhopal to Organize Training Session on New Labour Codes

Experts to explain provisions of Code on Wages and Industrial Relations Code on March 7

Vivek Jha, Bhopal. The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will organize a special training session on the New Labour Codes on March 7, 2026, in Bhopal. The objective of the session is to create awareness among industries and organizations about the provisions of the new labour codes and their practical implementation.

According to CII, the program aims to help industry representatives understand the changes introduced under the new labour framework and guide them on effective compliance with the updated regulations.

Focus on Code on Wages and Industrial Relations Code

During the session, experts will provide detailed insights into key provisions of the Code on Wages and the Industrial Relations Code. The discussion will cover important aspects such as wage structures, labour relations, compliance requirements, and mechanisms for dispute resolution.

Senior Labour Law Expert to Deliver Key Address

The session will feature Mr. Girish Patwardhan, Senior Advocate and Labour Law Expert from Patwardhan Law Associates, Indore, as the keynote speaker.

With more than four decades of experience in labour and industrial laws, Mr. Patwardhan will provide practical guidance on the implementation of the new labour codes, covering critical areas such as wage structuring, industrial relations management, legal compliance, and handling labour disputes.
